I am Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern in Florida with over 4 years of professional work experience. I completed my bachelor’s degree in psychology at Ana G. Mendez University and continued my education by obtaining a master’s degree in Child and Adolescent Development that I completed in Spain. Through my professional experience and passion for supporting and providing guidance for individuals and families, I obtained my second Masters degree at Carlos Albizu University in Mental Health Counseling. 

 

As a bilingual therapist,  I have the privilege of working with individuals and families in both English and Spanish.  I work with clients who are suffering from domestic violence, mood Disorders, anxiety, depression, grief, transitional stages of life, and interpersonal relationship struggles. I strive to provide a warm, open, and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. My focus is to facilitate strategies and interventions to bring you Hope and Transformation.

 

While my therapeutic approach is eclectic and focused to meet each of my client's needs, I like to use solution-oriented and evidence-based therapy techniques when working with my clients on their personal growth goals. Additionally, I have many years of experience working with kids and teens and have experienced great success in the past 2 years in assisting families to navigate communication issues. Families have a safe space in my practice where members can become vulnerable and find a way back to one another.
