Our therapists are independent contractors who provide services through our office and our office is credentialed with insurance companies via Headway, a trusted third-party platform.

What does that mean for you?
We’ve partnered with Headway to manage all insurance billing and claims—so we can spend less time on paperwork and more time focused on you. Headway handles eligibility checks, claim submissions, and billing communications with your insurance provider, helping ensure things run smoothly behind the scenes.

This model allows our therapists to offer quality, personalized care without being overwhelmed by insurance red tape. It also helps us avoid delays in reimbursement or claim disputes that often take time away from clinical work.
