About Natalia

Reaching out for support can feel overwhelming, especially when you or your child are struggling and unsure where to begin. My goal is to create a warm, supportive, and judgment-free space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow.

I hold a Master of Social Work from Columbia University, NY and have over five years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families across outpatient, school-based, telehealth, child welfare, and community mental health settings. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of supporting individuals and families through anxiety, trauma, life transitions, behavioral concerns, grief and loss, emotional regulation difficulties, and relationship challenges.

Who I Work With:

I work with children, adolescents, young adults, adults, and families. Some of the concerns I commonly help clients navigate include:

  • ADHD and attention-related challenges

  • Autism Spectrum Disorder (Level 1)

  • Anxiety, excessive worry, and stress

  • Trauma and difficult life experiences

  • Emotional regulation and coping skills development

  • Self-esteem and confidence-building

  • Social skills and peer relationship concerns

  • Family stressors and parent-child relationship challenges

  • Grief, loss, and major life transitions

  • School-related, behavioral, and adjustment concerns

  • Young adults navigating life changes and increased responsibilities

  • Adults experiencing anxiety, stress, family concerns, or emotional overwhelm

  • Spanish-speaking individuals seeking therapy in a culturally responsive environment

As a bilingual therapist, I strive to create a welcoming space where clients and families feel understood, supported, and empowered to move toward meaningful growth and lasting change.

My Approach:

My approach is individualized, strengths-based, collaborative, and trauma-informed. I believe therapy should not only help clients address current struggles but also recognize the strengths they already possess.

Depending on each client's needs, I may incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Attachment-Based Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Interventions, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Narrative Therapy, Family Systems approaches, and trauma-informed techniques. When working with children and adolescents, I collaborate closely with parents and caregivers to develop practical strategies that support success at home, school, and in relationships.

I believe that healing and growth happen when people feel safe, supported, and understood. Whether you are seeking support for your child, navigating a difficult season of life yourself, or looking for a therapist who understands the importance of culture, family, and connection, I would be honored to walk alongside you in your journey toward greater resilience, confidence, and emotional well-being.
