Raising a teenager isn’t easy, and being a teen today can feel even harder. Between social pressures, self-doubt, and the challenges of adolescence, it’s common for teens to struggle with their confidence and sense of self-worth. That’s why we’re offering “I See Me,” a 4-week, 4-session therapy group designed to empower girls ages 13-17 to embrace who they are and thrive.

Empowering Teen Girls to Love and Believe in Themselves
Are you a teen girl (ages 13-17) or the parent of one? Join us for “I See Me,” a 4-week self-love therapy group designed to help young girls feel confident, valued, and strong in their individuality.
This group provides a supportive and encouraging space where teens will:

🌸 Embrace their personal strengths by exploring what makes them unique.

Group Details

Who: Teen Girls (Ages 13-17)

When: Tuesdays, 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM

Start Date: February 4th, 2025

Duration: 4 sessions (1 session per week for 4 weeks)

Cost: $30 per person, per session (total of $120 for the program)

Each of the 4 weekly sessions includes:

Guided mindfulness practices to help your teen stay present and manage stress.

Arts and crafts projects that allow her to explore her creativity and identity.

Open conversations with other teens, led by a licensed therapist who creates a supportive, judgment-free space.

Practical tools and strategies she can use daily to boost her confidence and well-being.
This group is all about helping your daughter feel seen, valued, and capable—while connecting with peers who understand her journey.
